(More customer reviews)I bought this at Target for $16.99 as a Christmas gift for one of my daughters.Three months have passed and that's when tinkerbell/ballerina stopped spinning.The music would still play but that was all.I was able to fix it.Here's what you need to do....First open it with the key and remove the 6 screws on the inside using a small jewelry tool (or try a small phillips head). Slide the white plastic circle out the same direction the screws came out. Inside, just loosen the 3 screws a little bit (the screws that hold the motor in place, the gold plastic to the white plastic) - not too loose.Then it should start spinning when the music comes on.If it doesn't then loosen the screws a little more.Place the white plastic back on and then the 6 screws.
