1 Snap together
2 Push back and release
3 Moves in 3 directions
Neither my husband nor I could get past step 1! If there's a specific way that the trailer is supposed to hitch to Sarge, it's not obvious, even after looking at the pictures and a full 20 minutes of trying. There is no snap, and the best we were able to do was kind of balancing Sarge onto the hitch.Plus the hitch part itself is very dinky and won't last though much play. Of course, this probably won't be a problem since my son is frustrated and doesn't want to play with it any more.
We've been happy in general with the toys related to CARS and this was our first purchase in the Mini Adventure line. It's likely our last.
