(More customer reviews)I recently bought this product for my daughter. I wanted to preload it with songs, pictures and videos before I gave it to her. Well using your own CD's to put music on the mix max works great. Downloading pictures is easy to. What is hard and does not really work is downloading music videos. This is Windows Media Player compatiable only. I have not find a website yet that has music videos in WMV format. Disney does have a program to convert the files like from Youtube, but here is the problem....while converting, it skips over the tracks a bit. The video has little cuts in the picture and the singing. I have not been able to find a movie to download either. Disney has a website where you can purchase music videos, tv shows or movies to download but who wants to pay their high price? My older daughter got a Phillips Mp3 player for xmas from her dad and that is so much easier to download to. I only recommend this product for regular music and pictures.Update--the item I received was not the Plus Max 2.1 either, my system does not have any games so I returned it.
