(More customer reviews)We purchased this for our son at age 3 1/2 and he is now 4 1/2 and still hops on it.
It is so much fun for him.It even got daily use during the fall/winter when it was too cold to go outside; he got lots of exercise and burned off energy and took a nice long nap every day!Hence the 5 stars for fun, gave it 4 stars for educational rating as not all education is academic, it is also physical (remember phys ed or gym class in my day).
It helps to learn value of physical fitness, help with upper and lower body coordination; gave it 3 stars for durability.There are no holes or anything but it does slowly leak air around the valve stem but we have one of those small electric air pumps from his old blow up baby pool, so we just fill it up about every 3 days.Gave overall rating of 4 and would buy again and would recommend for ages 3 through 5 for an average age and weight child, any bigger kid is going to need the next size up hoppy ball.We got ours at Toys R Us for about $10 a year ago.
