(More customer reviews)Don't buy this for your child if they are really expecting it to GLOW IN THE DARK.It's very, very dim and only "glows" for maybe 30 minutes but there cannot be any other light (even moon light shining in the window) or you won't actually see the alien glow.It's a cute decoration for my son's bedroom but every night he asks me why it doesn't glow, like I told him it does.He is very disappointed.Maybe if I put the alien out in my yard all day to absorb the sun light -maybe that would help - but what a pain to have to go to those lengths....clearly it's not getting enough light during the day in my son's room , even though I make sure his blinds are completely open.So if you kid doesn't really care about the "glow in the dark" promise the packaging makes, it's an adorable and very durable decorative / action figure alien that would be cute in any kid's room...otherwise.....don't buy it.They'll be disappointed.
