(More customer reviews)I ordered a Shrek puss in boots from Carol's kids stuff.I mistakenly wanted " boots" from the Dora series.
I returned the toy and received an e-mail that said the package came empty.I have trouble believiing it because it was stuffed in the envelope, and the envelope said, sticky tape on it.Carol said she would send a photo of the opened package and did not.3 weeks later I asked for the photo and she had many personal reasons for not sending it.I let it go,butshe has a business.I want my refund of $ 30.98 to make it right.If she refunds me I will let everyone know.I have used the mail for over 40 years with no problems.I hope Carol makes it right.Be leary of "Carols kids-stuff.
