Pros: No mess, I've never seen the marker or paint stain anything. The books are fun and my daughter loves to see the "magic" pictures appear.
Cons: Too expensive, my daughter goes through one of these books in about 2 days. Crayola needs to make more variety and allow people to buy just the book without the markers we have about 20 color wonder markers now!
The colors smudge and fade aftera short time, about a couple weeks. I think they are great for toddlers, giving them the freedom to use markers and finger paints without mom having to worry about a mess! I just wish they had more books to choose from at a reasonable price.
